4. Orders, Pricing & Payment
- All prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT where applicable. VAT will be shown separately where required.
- An order is not accepted until we send you written confirmation (by email or on-screen). Until that point, we may decline any order.
- Payment is due at the time stated in our confirmation. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
- If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate.
5. Consumer Cancellation Rights
If you are a consumer purchasing services at a distance (online), you have the right to cancel within 14 days of entering into the contract, without giving any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
To exercise this right, contact us at data@coucou.co.uk with a clear statement of your decision. We will reimburse you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. If you requested that services begin during the cancellation period, you may be required to pay for the services provided up to the point of cancellation.
The right to cancel does not apply to bespoke or personalised goods, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened, or services fully performed with your prior consent.
6. Delivery
Where applicable, estimated delivery or completion times are provided as a guide. We will make every reasonable effort to meet stated timescales. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be delivered within 30 days unless a different period is agreed.
7. Complaints & Returns
If you are unhappy with a service or product, contact us at data@coucou.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Services must be performed with reasonable care and skill. If these standards are not met, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
